TROPICAL STORM Son-Tinh is bringing in its wake heavy downpours, leading to warnings in many parts of Thailand.

Prachuap Khiri Khan was hit by a depression storm early on Wednesday, bringing heavy rains that were measured at up to 136 millimetres at Bang Saphan district and triggered floods on the highway to the South at Tap Sakae district.
